PCcapture : no delay sound/video ?

hello,
I'm looking for a software to stream the pc sound to my dlna audio device, while I'm watching the video on my computer screen.
In that case, is there is a delay between sound & video if I use AssetUPNP ?
All softwares I tested SWYH, Airfoil etc... leads to delay between sound & video, thus I can not use them...
Just to know if it worth buying Asset...

There is a 10 second delay with Asset.
