upgrade to 4.3 on qnap

In may qnap ts-420 I've installed asset upnp Version: R4.2; Functionality: Premium Registered.
How to upgrade to 4.3 without loosing any personalization?
Which are the main differences between 4.2 and 4.3?

Mainly the features from 4.2 for Windows which were missing on QNAP:

it is only possible to update by uninstall old first (and lose settings)
