Asset 4.2 does not deliver all of my music

After updating to Asset 4.2 (Windows Home Server 2011) I recognized following behavior.

In some search path Mezzmo doesn't shows all appropriate tracks.
I've tried it with NAD446, BubbleUPNP and WDTVLive, all the same.

Example:
On my harddisk in folder "Various Artists\Bravo Hits 29 CD2" there is a track "... Gabrielle - Rise"
When navigating "Artists / Album" i see the artist "Gabrielle", but when chosing it, there is no track listed.
When navigating "Album" i don't see an album "Bravo Hits 29 CD2"
When navigating "Track" i see the track "Rise"

any suggestions?

Check the ID Tags, also try Advanced Search >> File & Folder Browsing

is the album listed there?

Thanks for the quick reply.

ID Tag:
When checking in file properties on computer, tags seems to be OK.
When playing this track, devices show the correct tag information (Album, Interpret and Track)

Advanced Search "Folders & Filename Browing":
Album is listed here, Track also.

If you browse to:

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\dBpoweramp\uMediaLibrary\

and Zip up all these files, except the AlbumArtStorev4.bin file, then email please:

Hi - first post (first problem!)
Similar to above, Asset 4.2 is giving weird search and tag results e.g Track by Pixies Indie Cindy (03) is being given as on the album Always outnumbered never outgunned by Prodigy...
lots more examples that give unusual results. Also blank search results as above posts. Have reinstalled, rescanned, tried different renderers etc.
Checked tags in the files with Tagscanner and came out OK.
Would deleting all the items in the folder
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\R oaming\dBpoweramp\uMediaLibrary\
and rescanning make a difference?

Quick update - deleting that folder and rescanning does not fix.
Seems that random songs are being given incorrect album origin. Song plays OK and artist and track title are OK but album is randomly from another artist in the same folder name like the examples above. Searching is broken.

If you could try this update:

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/beta/uMediaLibrary.exe

Right click on this link and 'save as' to a location on your HDD such as your download folder. Quit Asset then move the file to:

C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\

Overwriting the original. Then restart Asset and do a 'Rescan (Refresh All)'.

Updated - fixed. All seems OK after applying above fix, correct albums showing and tags reporting correcting info, search is working OK too.

This is even worse. Now It shows all my albums, but zero tracks.

After rescan (took 2 hours on my slow server) it seems to work.
Asset now shows an Album count, before patch it does not.

It took 2 rescans (and several hours), but it finally worked. This is something that should have been found and fixed in Beta, not the released version.

Asset has never had a problem scanning tracks, only presenting albums where albums were later removed.

It sounds to me as though, where ever asset is searching for audio is no longer available, if audio tracs are on a NAS it is likely Windows needs to be told the password to access again.
