    Force check for new tracks

Hello, when i rip a cd on my pc, i've a script that copies the tracks inside my qnap. After i have to connect to the asset upnp main bage with a browser and press RESCAN FOLDER to detect the new tracks.
There's a way to do it with a script from a windows pc?
Maybe i can setup a script inside the qnap and start it from my script in windows but i need to know with cmd i have to execute to check the library.

    Thanks
    M

I do not think there is anything that can be triggered externally, unless you somehow use Wireshark to spy on what messages are sent when that rescan button is pressed on the config page.

I've found an easier way: in my script I add the cmd

      start iexplore http://qnapNAS:45537/rescan
