Problems with 4.2

Just updated to 4.2 and status remains - not running, no matter what I do. I think Norton anti-virus has something to do with it. Can I get back to version 3?

Try uninstall, then reinstall.

I have managed to get Norton to accept it and it is now a trusted site. New version installed and working. I've also submitted a false positive report. Same goes for PerfectTunes and I'll post the same message on there.
