Is there the asset web interface for asset configuration through local network? Such as, for example, twonky web interface.

The Windows and OS X version do not have, only Pi, QNAP and Linux.

Why?????
How I can configurate asset settings quickly if my NAS on Windows XP platform haven't mouse, keyboard and display? It have constantly only ethernet and power supply connections as any NAS.
For example to refresh the library I must turn off NAS, connect display, mouse, then turn on NAS, refresh the library, wait the end of process, turn off NAS, disconnect display, mouse, then turn on NAS. Is it normal for only refreshing the library? I think no.
"Auto-refresh" of library work bad.

You can remote desktop connect to the computer.

Yes. I know. But it's inconvenient and it's necessary to use the additional software.
