Asset installed on a mac using iTunes

    Hi

This is my first post so I apologise if this has been answered before.

I've got a Naim NDX and am using my existing iTunes account via an iMac and asset. The problem I'm experiencing is that when I rip a cd using iTunes to .wav, the album doesn't appear under the correct artist/album on the NDX but listed within Unknown Artist as individual files. All my existing .mpa files are shown correctly.

I'm pretty certain it's user error, but I cannot fathom it out! Any help would be great.

    Regards

    Paul

iTunes will write no ID Tags to the wave file, so even though it appears correctly in iTunes, if you moved these files to a different MAC they would have no ID tags.

Try ripping to Apple Lossless, but again iTunes would not embed any album art in the tags.

Many thanks for that, is there a better cd rip you could recommend for Mac?
