Dynamic Browsing problem in QNAP install of Asset PnP

    Hi,

I was experimenting with Dynamic Browsing. I excluded couple of genre types from an Artist list. After that everything is coming as empty (even when I go back through the main Dynamic Browsing link).

    How to reset this ?

    Regards,
    Sourav

    Try restart Asset.

      Hi Spoon,

It worked. But I don't think restarting Asset is a neat solution to this problem.

I'm little confused with the actual steps in configuration of Dynamic Browsing. If I make any mistake looks like only way to address it is through restart of Asset.

      Regards,
      Sourav

        Thanks for your feedback.
We are still missing a few important bits of information about your setup, most importantly: QNAP model name, the number of audio tracks in your library and the app you're using to browse your Asset library.
It is possible that Asset was just very slow at handling certain browse requests, too slow for your controller app to view the results.
