    Problem with upgrading to registered version of Asset UPnP R4.1

    Windows Home Server 2011, trial version was running fine. Purchased the registered version. Followed instructions and uninstalled the trial version, rebooted server, tried to installed Asset UPnP R4.1. Getting a message "The add-in cannot be installed" and "A service cannot be contacted. Ensure that your computer can communicate with the service and try again."

    I can bring up remote desktop, Lanuchpad, and Dashboard with no problems.

    I'm dead in the water - what do I do?

    You can install from remote desktop, copy the install to c:\installs\ and run it from remote desktop.
