options for streaming spotify from mac

Hi,

Tried a couple of things:

1) installed the beta mac version of asset upnp - there is no PC Sound Capture option like on the windows version so can't stream spotify that way

2) install parallels and a VM running windows - everything looks ok but when I browse to the PC Sound Card option on the client the page just displays "Empty" - (the VM is running windows 8).

Have tested with a PC and everything OK at the client end (although the PC was running vista - will try with 8 to check that isn't the problem).

Appreciate any suggestions?

I am not 100% certain Sound Capture is working through and Virtual machines, bootcamp should be ok.
