Control Point Settings Override

Hi
I've got a Panasonic TX-L42WT50B LCD TV with a media player on board. The streaming mode is set to play FLAC files as is but when I try to use the TV player, Asset forces my FLAC files to LPCM format and as a result, the TV won't play them. What do I need to do to prevent this transcoding from happening?
