This appears to be a common issue, but I'm not seeing anything in prior posts which applies to my situation.
I'm seeing the same behavior with both Kinsky and BubbleUPnP control points.
When browsing the Album Artist container the upstream artwork at the album artist level is not showing for some artists. I understand that having multiple album artists assigned to the tracks of an album will cause Asset to ignore all but the first entry. None of my albums have multiple album artists tagged.
I've tried to find any other commonality and am not coming up with much. Some of the AAs have 20 albums associated and others have only one. Some have multiple track artists and others have one. Some use "special" characters in tagging (primarily ampersand, forward slash, and semicolon), but not in the album artist field. In fact the only commonality that I can find is that they are all tagged with the genre classical.
I'm assuming that this is a tagging issue, but am not sure what to look for or which tags may have an impact here. Can anyone offer some pointers on what to look for in resolving this issue?
