Stop being able to see album tracks

    Hi

I have the premium Asset UPnP and am streaming the music to my Oppo 93 player. I have ~600 albums on my win7 PC and all works just fine... until recently that is, when I added some new albums (ripped to FLAC like the others). When I go to my Oppo Menu, I can see the new album folder but no tracks are visible. Older albums play just fine.

    any thoughts?

    Thank you

Try Asset Control in the beta section of this forum, if it can see the tracks.

No I can't- just the album folder.

BTW how do you close Asset Control in Win7. I cannot find exit, close...it just fills the entire screen. had to use Ctl Alt Del

      Thanks for your help

Interestingly, I cannot even see the albums when I use the Artist Album method, but when I use Advanced Search/Filename I can see the album, but as I say not the tracks

You close by moving the mouse to the top right.

Try browsing >> Advanced Search >> File & Folder Browsing

That's what did and can only see the Album folder, not the tracks. I actually have 883 albums with FLAC tracks if there is some sort of memory limitation.

Use Windows Explorer to look at the tracks, they might not be FLAC files, what ripped them?

For one album dbPowerAmp CD Ripper and the other was an HD Tracks download. Both are definitely FLAC. Also I downloaded teh Bubble UPnP on my Android phone and everything shows up there fine.

I will rip another CD and let you know how that goes

Re: Stop being able to see album tracks

I have just ripped another CD use dbPoweramp, and same thing. I can see the folder when going via Advanced Search/Folder and Filenam but not the tracks, but they appear in Explorer. And again wehn I go via Artist/Album this nothing there: no album or even artist in this case (as it is the only album I have by this artist).

oShare server appears in Asset Control...and all the folders and files are visible

Do you want me to show you some screen shots?

In Asset Configuration, trigger a full rescan.

When you say that I am clicking: "Refresh All". A dialogue box opens, which says "Rescanning shortly...(Refreshing Librabry). OK". Nothing seems to happen though. The Status in that window says "Not Running". should it be?

Yes, as this is the scanner, you have to uninstall, reboot computer then reinstall.
