AssetConfig only comes up in Advanced Setting mode

When I launch AssetConfig it comes up in Advanced Setting mode and I can't get to the standard screen when I could restart, rescan the library etc.

How can I get back to the standard screen?

You do not run it by running the .exe rather you must run from the icon Asset Configuration in the start menu

I've lost the Start Menu icon when I had a problem with Windows.

Is there a way I can recover it?

You have to reinstall Asset
