asset upnp server 2011

When I try to down load asset upnp server 2011 I get a message saying windows cannot open this file. Needs to know what program to use to open it. I cant find a suitable program that will open it. Any ideas please.

The file is a .wssx file, so only WHS 2011 would be able to open it, or if you have the dashboard installed on a PC it can open it and send to the WHS machine.
