the status is not running and don't change even if i press restart asset. what can i do ?

spoon it has worked with the trial version perfectly. then, i've decided to get the premium version. 4 days ago. as far i can juged (but as th music can be streamed even with this message, i'am not usre), it has work at the beginning (1or 2 days) and then i've notice the message and that my news albums were not display in the bibliotheque........but as i say, most of the albums can still be streamed.

PS: thanks for your help and execuse my english. i'm french.

Uninstall the existing version, restart the computer and reinstall the registered version
