using 2 networks

I've asset upnp installed on a notebook with 2 nic, nic1 is wired and nic2 is wireless. Most of the time the notebook is connected with a cable using nic1 but sometimes i disconnect it and the notebook starts to use nic2 (wireless). if asset upnp is streaming, when i detach nic1, the stream stops and on my render i have to reconnect the server and restart the streaming. How can I stream withe the wired nic and if I detach it to continue streaming with the wireless nic without interruption?

Not possible as each interface would have a different ip address.
