Spoon (or anyone who knows):
I've just installed the latest version of Asset, and I'd like some clarification on several audio playback issues.
First, can Asset play multi-channel audio, either FLAC, PCM, WAV, etc?
Second, I've always used dbPoweramp for ripping and all my resulting FLAC files have replay gain tags (which my Squeezeboxs running Logitech Media Server can read). If I chose to stream via Asset directly to my AVRs (no SqueezeBox involved), am I correct that if I stream FLAC "as is" the replay gain tags will not be read (in other words, to make use of replay gain, the FLAC files will have to be transcoded by Asset)?
Third, is there a setting in Asset to enable gapless playback?
Thanks.
