New user here. I have a series of comp albums which are being sorted as a separate album for each artist for a total of 180 albums. I'd like to either remove them from the library, there's no delete on a right click, or have them show as the 9 albums they actually are. I'm sure there must be a way, or I'm trying in the wrong place. Please help

Re: Need help with sort or removing albums from library
I have no idea what this even means or how to do it. Now this thing has taken about 100 albums and put them in one ghian unknown album 117 hours long. I can see no rhyme or reason one album is in there correctly the next one in the same folder and same naming format is in the unknown album. Very frustratingComment

Re: Need help with sort or removing albums from library
CDs are ripped with EAC. Foobar shows most with a question mark for artist/albumComment

What sort of files? FLAC, mp3, ? If wav then all bet are off as they have no standard tag method.Comment

Re: Need help with sort or removing albums from library
This tells me that when you ripped them you didn't add tags. But surely you did. ???? If the directory structure and file names are good you can use dbpa DSP to create tags from filenames. Mp3tag will do the same thing. But bottom line, without tags, I'm not sure what ASSET has to go on. You need to solve/clean up your tag problem.Comment
