Asset UPnP streaming only with a NAS

Is it possible to rip my CD`s with dbpoweramp on a NAS.

Then streaming only with a NAS or from a NAS without any PC between?

If your NAS is able to run Asset, such as a Windows Home Server Nas, yes.
