Asset Advanced Settings window "not working"

Hi guys.

I'm having a weird issue, which I can't wrap my head around.

I just upgraded from version 3 to version 4, running 64 bits windows 7. When I tried to enter the advanced settings window none of the options there worked.

For instance if I try to scroll through the options for "exclude..." and "audio format streaming" this happens:

Any ideas on what's going on or how to solve it?

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no cigar.
