Philips Streamium WACS7000 and Asset v4 plus internet Radio

Hi

Installed Asset v4 which is great, I wanted to use it to stream internet radio to my Streamium WACS7000, this is does however it plays for 3 seconds, then goes quiet for 2 seconds then plays for a further 3 seconds, and this repeats continuously. It plays normal mp3's correctly.

I have streamed the same content to my tablet and it plays faultlessly.

I appreciate it is probably an issue with the streamium, but is there anything that can be done to fix this. It seems as though the streamium thinks it has reached the end of the mp3, but not really sure.

Any help appreciated.

These players constantly close and open the stream (yes really), for Internet radio you cannot do that and maintain any sort of playback continuity. (actually it is very inefficient to do this for normal audio tracks as well).
