Using WHS 2011 or Windows 7 Home Premium

I am still fairly new to ripping and want to move my Asset from my notebook to a new PC which comes with W7 Home Premium. This PC will only be used as my music server.
I was wondering if there are any advantages/disadvantages to using a version of Windows 7 OS vs. a server OS?

WHS is able to backup you computers, but other than that there should be no real differences.
