I Purchased Asset Premium but got trial on WHS11

Please help - I purchased the full version of Asset, and I just installed it on Windows Home Server 11, but it comes up as a Trial version.

I read somewhere in your forum that someone else had the exact same problem, and you replied "make sure the .wssx you are running has -reg in the file name". But the "registered version" i downloaded from the link you provided after paying does not have -reg in the file name. Can you please provide me with a link to the registered version?

With your purchase email is a download link, what is the filename do have downloaded?

Same here. Moved to a new machine running WHS2011, using the registered install gives:

What is the filename you have installed?

AssetUPnp-WHS2011-reg.wssx. I downloaded this using the order number I got when I purchased the package.

Uninstall the old version, restart your WHS, and reinstall.

It was a clean install as there was no Asset installed on the machine. Should I still follow the uninstall-restart-reinstall route?

No, try checking in Assets browse tree, so Browse >> Advanced Search >> Details >> Version Details

from your Control Point, what does it say for registration status?

Thought after checking just to delete the install, restart and reinstall, and yes now it shows as a registered premium version. It may be a bug, but here's the order:

(1) clean install of the reg file
(2) restart machine
(3) uninstall add-in
(4) restart machine
(5) reinstall the reg file
(6) restart machine

Check the console, it should then read: premium registered

Exact same problem as Arthur here.

Clean install on WHS2011 (I've never used Asset before). Definitely used the registered download link and it had -reg on the filename. Only thing that may be slightly unusual is I ran the installer directly on the WHS machine (I don't use the remote dashboard).

Now I have to try Arthur's uninstalling/reinstalling trick to see if I can get it to work
