Latest Version of Asset UPnP for Windows 7?

Hello,
I have seen post relating to V4 and V5 of Asset UPnP.
Which is the current, latest, version of Asset UPnP for a Windows 7 machine?
Where can the latest version be downloaded?
What are the install instructions?
Do I need to remove my existing R4 Beta to install the latest version?
Is there a cost involved to move to the latest version?
I am anxious to try the latest version since I have been very happy with all previous versions but would like to make sure I am getting what I need.

v4 = latest version
v5 = theoretical future version that does not exist, it's more a wishlist of some forum users with features they would want the developers to implement, but afaik there's no such thing in the works.

v4 premium is free if you had a registered version already. No need to remove the v4-beta, the new installer takes care of some homework making sure you go over smoothly.
