If I move to WHS 2011 will I have to buy another license?

Hi - I'm currently running Asset beta 4 on an HP MicroServer running Vista. I'm considering a move to WHS 2011 instead of Vista. Will I be able to download the WHS version for free as I already bought a license, or will I have to pay again? I will only have one version running on my network.

EDIT: Sorry, I see I can download any version from my emailed link. To install beta 4, do I install over the registered version 3?
