I am in big trouble after upgrading to premium, Help

Hi I just upgraded to premium asset and tried to follow the instructions, I know little or nothing about computers and there was no clear link on how to install. It just kept saying to me refer to asset instructions and home server needs to be open or something like that, so i launched WHS and clocked on settings and then register, which connected to your site and i punched in the redeem code for the asset I bought, it then told me to look at install instructions which i did, I clicked on add ins and uninstalled asset 3 ( which is my free version) and it uninstalled and then my music stopped playing and worst of all my WHS screen turned blue, no more menus or way that I know of getting my ava music copier back up so that I can click on settings again, there is nothing there except a blue screen, I have close WHS and relaunched and all I have is the connection to dbpoweramp with instuctions to install which I cant follow as I have a blue screen and no music system anymore......Help please...

Right, after giving myself a headache i didnt need on a sunday, I turned off my nas and re started it, waited and launched WHS, my normal sreens came back up, the instructions should have warned me, anyway i clicked add ins and looked in available and the free version 3 was still there so i clicked install and I have music again, I have no idea where the premium one is and right now i dont care, when you get time to read this mr spoon i would like clear idiot proof instructions on how to load. I think there is a copy of asset paid in my downloads on my win 7 laptop, but I wouldnt have a clue how to get it over to Whs without CLEAR instructions, I dont mess or work with computers so my expertise lies in other areas.

ok, thanks, but I have already got that and contrary to your instuctions the first time i uninstalled asset, WHS went blue and no matter how many times i reloaded it stayed blue, just a big blue box with no writing on it, very very scary. It was only after an hour that i decided to simply switch off the nas which did the trick, surely this instruction can be added as a possible, if something goes wrong.
So a couple of hours later i decided to read the instructions again and found the term browse for the said folder, add ins was far from easy, i couldnt find it and after a lot of clicking and faffing about I stumbled on shared software folder, which wasnt mentioned and somewhere in there was the add in folder, blind stumbling luck really. I am used to an upgrade from microsoft or from Linn just downloading and running in the right place all on its own and its done.... This was not easy and caused me a headache and stress i didnt need.
If you dont mind me asking a question after that rant, it is, how do I save my playlist that is running on kinsky to the playlist folder which is running on asset and presumably a much safer place to keep them? Also I asked last night why I could not control my volume on asset control? please.
