Artist name containing "/" is truncated

    Hi All,
I'm just trying out the Asset server running on a Windows XP MCE and it works really well. It doesn't crash like other servers I've tested and as I use dBpoweramp CD ripper I know Illustrate's products are good with great support.
The we get to a small minor issue.
When using Android upnplay & Xbox clients, I look for artist & get "AC" listed for albums with artist set to "AC/DC".
Is there any solution to this?

    Cheers,
    Cornishman.

If using mp3 and id3v2 then '/' is the separator between multiple artists.

      Hi Spoon,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, the "/" is the separator in the TOPE text field for ID3 tags version 2.3, thanks for the pointer.
There is no way to escape the character either, unfortunately.
The best answer is to rename as "AC-DC".

      Thanks for your help.

I was looking for a solution about this but it seems that there isn't, anyway there is a workaround. Thank you!
