Multiple encodings without multiple listings?

I am using multi-encoder to generate 3 separate encodings, each into a separate directory tree. The problem is that this means when I browsing I see multiple versions of each track. Is there anyway to avoid this?

Asset Configuration >> advanced settings and disable the other formats you do not want to show.
