Program is trial but paid

I just purchased and dl'd this program. It says it is a 30 day trial. How do I get it to be registered? I bought this to have full functionality immediately.

Resolved. I found on another thread that installing to D: will not work. Reinstalled to c:, rebooted and everything looks fine.
