Does Asset automatically detect files added to music folder?

I've been using Asset UPnP on my WHS Acer Aspire home server with Chorus DS for control of my Linn Akurate DS and I have to say it is a brilliant piece of software.

One area that I do get confused about (apologies if the answer to this has already been posted but I couldn't find it via a search of the forum) is whether Asset will automatically identify new music folder and add them to the index. I find that unless I manually force a re-scan it doesn't find newly-added folders.

I am using Version 3 of Asset.

It detects automatically (might take a minute or two to do so).

Thanks for that. It must be a problem with Chorus DS that I use as it isn't finding music recently added. I have to force it to see it by getting Asset to detect changes.
