I am having trouble with using Asset to stream FLACs to an OPPO-83. The albums and everything else is visible, but when a track plays, it is of very low quality. My wife calls it "tinny". It sounds like the high frequencies are gone.
Background: It all was working well until my server crashed and I had to rebuild. At the rebuild, I reinstalled Windows 2008 server x64 and upgraded to the paid version of Asset V3 from an unpaid version from 12/10/2010.
Configuration: Oppo-83 with the current released firmware, connected to a Windows 2008 server running an AMD dual core at 2600 Mhz with 2GB RAM. The connection is 100 Mb ethernet hardwired. I have FLACs set to play as LPCM and L24 is not checked.
Any suggestions?
