Tag From FileName syntax question

I'm using "Tag From FileName" and I'm tagging my files using the syntax \[artist]\[album]\[title]
I wish to insert also the TRACK NUMBER but my files names do not contain any info about the track number. Is it possible to automatically insert a track number?
