Friendly name problem

Hello,

I run a full premium registered version of Asset UPnP R3 within a Mac Mini (Mac OS X 10.6.6) using CrossOver Mac 10.0.1 .

Everything work fine except that the friendly name (I change it from "Asset UPnP: <mycomputer>" to "My Media Center") is not shows to my UPnP client (a Naim Uniti & a Linn Akurate DS) : the default name is always displayed.

Is it a know bug ? If not how to proceed ?

After you set the friendly name you have to restart your Asset.

Hi Spoon,

I'm not so stupid :smile2::D, I restart it several times, both using the restart button and restarting crossover, and the friendly name is not taken into account.
I even try to flush the cache of my control points... but only "Asset UPnP: <myservernamehere>" is displayed...

Try... you will see.
