big Update problem Of asset whs

Hi,
I have a big problem with asset right now.. After installing the v3 beta nothing works, I cant even open on whs console the advanced settings window.
It shows version xx.xx and thats still the case when i deinstall it and use the registered 2.1 version! I cant restart the server and it doesnt work.
What can i do that I can go back to 2.1???
I use a tranquil sqa-5h nas.

Remote desktop connect to your whs in and uninstall all asset items through start >> control panel >> add / remove programs.

Then reboot and reinstall.

I did, and now on whs console asset apears as installed and when i click uninstall it says uninstall failed.

You would not try to uninstall through the WHS console, instead through remote desktop (if Windows cannot find the original .msi install on your system then it cannot uninstall properly, through the WHS console).

I did exactly what you told. Is there a chance to rescue it or do i have to completeley setup whs new? :(

Download and install the non-WHS version, that will get you up and running with Asset, but you might be missing the version number.
