See if Windows Media Player will display the album art from Asset.

Now it started working today, without making any changes...magic...pure magic!

I truly believe there are somethings with technology that just can't be explained. I'm joking of course, but who has the time and energy to delve into every little issue to find solutions, unless it's part of your job or you just enjoy the challenge.

Album art will not display streaming to Onkyo HT-RC180 AV receiver with Panasonic plasma TV.

I have encountered similiar problem. When Asset UPnP scanning the folders, it will extract the album art from the file and put in under ...uMediaLibray\AlbumArtv3.
Don't know the reason why sometime it cannot extract the album art out.

If the art is not appearing in Albumartv3, for a specific file I would need to know what type of audio file it is, and can other programs read the art?

It is the Apple Lossless .m4a audio file. iTunes, Foobar2000, dbpoweramp can read the art.
Problem usually occurred when the album art was added by mp3tag. Since dbpoweramp cannot add in album art into a batch of files.

Do you have a ftp server to upload. The file size is big that I cannot send it out as email

I noticed that if I remove the power cord from my Onkyo HT-RC180 AV receiver and then plug it back in the album art starts displaying properly. I must do this occasionally in order to view the album art on my TV while streaming music via Asset UPnP.
