Hi,
What tag does the Album Artist container look for, because it is empty on my configuration.

Asset v3 Beta, NaimUniti, Windows 7 X64

Depends which audio format.

Flac (vorbis tag) and MP3 (ID3v2.3)

On flac it should be 'AlbumArtist' and for mp3 Band is used (which is the iTunes standard).

That's strange, becauses all my MP3 compilations are tagged VA in the Band field (TPE2). (no other tracks have anything in this field).

Installed in the Asset programs folder:

C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dBpoweramp

is uMediaLibrary-dumpdb.exe

Run it and all the raw database will appear in notepad, save and load into excel to look at the album artist column.

The 'album artist' column is populated in the uMediaLibrary-dumpdb.exe file, and i've re-checked my tagging, which seems fine.
Not sure what the issue is, but it's not a problem as i've tagged all the compilations with a compilation=1 tag instead, so they show up in the 'compilation' container.

You would browse by Advanced >> Album Artist

Yes, that's what i was trying, but as i said, it returns an 'empty' message. Could it be anything connected with the v3 alpha code version i'm running?
If there's any diagnostics/logs you want me to send you just say so.

I'm just using a NaimUniti as a renderer. It can see the Asset server, and i choose the tracks to play from the Uniti interface. Does that mean it's functioning as a control point as well?
By the way, all other aspects of the browse tree work very well.
