Upgrade 2.1 to 2.1.3

I have just received my ripnas statement and have tried upgrading Asset from v2 to 2.1.3 following instructions on web (copy AssetUPnP-WHS.msi to WHS add-ins folder then click instal). This fails
The installation fails referring to error code 1603.

Remote desktop connect to Statement, Control Panel >> Add / Remove Programs, uninstall Asset, then install by double clicking on the .msi

I receive same message when trying to upgrade from free to full version, in WHS. How to uninstall Asset when it is not visible in the 'add in' tap (and yes, I am certain that it is installed. Any advice most welcome. Thanks

Run Remote Desktop from your PC then you have access to the RipNAS as though you are sat infront of it with a screen (Control Panel >> Add / Remove Programs)
