    res element in container XML

    Hi,

I'm writing a UPnP control point (primarily aimed at Sonos but will serve any UPnP server and render to any UPnP renderer). It happily browses Asset, but it can't directly play a container - this is when served either directly or via Sonos. I know that there's a problem with Sonos playing a container when its browsing Asset itself, but I ought to be able to play one outside of Sonos serving (I can play a container from Twonky via the Sonos renderer for example). It appears that Asset doesn't provide a res element with the URI of the container - is that by design?

    Mark.

Yes, we could not get it to work with Sonos (through its controller).

I guess you're not intending to support multi-track play for any UPnP control point/renderer then?
