Hi, I have a Vista 64 machine with only one account on it, and for other reasons, I don't want to make a 2nd account on this pc. The only account is the admin account.
I'm trying to use Asset with my Sonos system. Sonos has no problem seeing Asset as a service, but none of my files show up. My files are on a ReadyNas, but the drive is mapped locally on my Vista PC.
I followed the instructions and tried to put the username and password that Sonos uses into the Asset windows service, but no matter how I try to go about doing this, the username is not available. I'm sure that this has something to do with the user account being local vs roaming/network, but as I'm not a network specialist, I can't quite figure it out. I tried to make the account a roaming account, but it's not possible.
So my question is, is there any way I can use Asset and not have to make that 2nd user account? How would I go about doing that?
