Disable ID3 Tag Formation in explorer

- it would be a good idea if there were a check option for the ID3 Tag Formation in the dMC configuration so we can enable/disable the tag infos that come up in the left side of the explorer.
- because when enabled, selecting audio files became slightly slower than before.

Run 'dMC Configuration' - there is an option to disable explorer popup info tips.

- yeah, i know. i just thought it would be better to have a "check" option instead.

You mean have it disabled by default? IMO that's bad because then people won't know about the feature...
