Lame tag support is already present in both the CLI and the dll of Lame. dBpowerAMP already has basic Lame tag reading. I can see how you thought dBpowerAMP doesn't write Lame tags, by design, Lame only writes a very basic lame tag that tells the version of Lame to programs like Encspot but doesn't register as one, but when you use VBR or ABR, Lame writes a full tag that shows full encoding info that does register as a Lame tag in Encspot and has it's own dialogue of info. dBpowerAMP does already write Lame tags perfectly since it does use the official Lame dll.Last edited by MODatic; June 03, 2002, 10:38 AM.Cheers,
