Move Batch Ripper to new PC

I know I have seen instructions on doing this somewhere but I can not find it now. Can somebody give me step by step instructions on moving my dbPoweramp 13.1 Reference + Batch Ripper to a new PC. I have recently sent up a new PC to be my dedicated ripping machine and need to move my current dbPoweramp setup to the new machine. I have tweaked all the settings to what works well for me and do not want to lose all that config and profile information.

I'm recovering from a computer crash and Vista reinstall -- I have a backup, but don't know how to extract anything from the registry in that backup file -- are my naming scripts gone, or is there someway I can recover them?

Help!

I do not know if you can browse the registry of a crashed computer.
