If possible, I would like to see DBpoweramp configured so that it will actively utilize the BBE Sonic Maximizer Plug-in. I think that would give one heck of a boost to the music played with DBpoweramp.

Re: Sonic Maximizer
I am guessing that DSP is for Winamp, most of them are proprietory for Winamp and cannot be imported, even if I was to try to emulate Winamp. -

Re: Sonic Maximizer
Originally posted by UnregisteredNah, the BBE Sonic Maximizer is a DirectX plug-in. I usually rip my cd tracks using DB Converter and then I take the tracks individually using Cool Edit Pro 2.0 and apply the Sonic Maximizer before I play them on my DBPoweramp. Here's a link to look more into it. Thanks, Spoon.

Re: Sonic Maximizer
If anyone could point to example code of how to handle DirectX plug-ins, I am sure it can be added.Comment

Re: Sonic Maximizer
Sure, the BBE Process is used in lot of Music Systems.
I would like, and i think it would be better, to have this processor in the output plugin. The situation is that we must put the BBE processoring when we encode MP3, MPC, Ogg... But the BBE process is made to fit according to each one music system with differents preferences.
When we encode, it is the best to keep the same on the CD, and then, it's when we play music to put the BBE Active.
Even for Winamp, i have not seen any outplut plugin that takes the BBE Effects.
Can You help ? I have already a real BBE 1 Unit 19", but if i could avoid pluging it and having it directly on the computer i would be in LoveComment
