No accesss to meta data

I purchased dBpoweramp Reference R13.3 a few days ago after using the free trial. I've used it since with no difficulty. However today when I tried to rip a CD I got no Album Art and the Manual Meta Review showed no data from any of the sources. On checking dBpoweramp CD Ripper says that "Access to AMG, GD3, & MusicBrainz has expired"

I went through the Registration Retrieval and nothing changed.

Please advise how i should proceed.

Thanks for your reply, but I've gone through all of this already, downloaded the registered copy and reinstalled it and the problem still persists.

You purchase was an upgrade or full purchase? upgrades do not have the AMG link. If a full purchase there will be an AMG activation link below the download of hte main program.

It was a full purchase

And it was working up till a couple days ago, after I registered it. Then the meta data access stopped
