Batch convert a .M3U playlist

I have a M3U Playlist which contains about 1000 songs in FLAC format that I want to batch convert to MP3.
Instead of having to manually choose 1000 files within the batch converter, it would be a HUGE time saver if the batch converter could read the playlist and add those files to the conversion list automatically.

I just want to know how to batch-convert M3U playlists to PLS or other playlist format. My mobile music players aren't always picking up every song in a given playlist with M3U.

The playlist just points to songs, it is likely you are missing tracks, open the playlist in notepad (drop them on notepads window).

Open notepad and drag and drop the m3u file onto it.
