problem with capital letters next to special character in tag

I just downloaded a few days ago and finally have things running the way I like expect for one thing.

I want all my tagged data Capitalized but setting this up as a DSP effect for Tag processing and/or clicking Capitalize Tags in the review Metadata box both result in lowercase letters next to charcters like [ and )

For example... Southern Rock Opera (Act Ii) [disc 2] you can see where the second i in II is lowercase as well as the d in Disc

My apologies if this has been discussed. I couldnt find it and this is my first post to any forum what so ever.

In this instance you can see it should be (Act II) however if you had a track like: A Title (And Another Description)

if we capitalize before ) then you would have A Title (And Another DescriptioN)

which is wrong. In instances like this you would have to manually edit.
