please help with m:robe 100

i own an m:robe 100 but unfortunately i cannot get it to sync songs from my computer. i have transferred songs to the m:trip program from "windows media player" which are shared. i want to sync these songs onto the m:robe but the "sync" icon is faded. the m:robe is on and connected to the USB.
please help me.please.
