Aac files for a cell phone

Ok i downloaded nero so i can create my own ringtones, the trial expired and ive always had db power amp and i seen that it could change to aac files so i downloaded the codec and im stuck i need help badly thanx

What is the problem here? You aren't able to convert to .aac or your phone won't play the file?

Or did you need to convert using the Nero .mp4 codec rather than the actual facc codec?

Can you be a bit more specific about what file settings you need for your .AAC files (bits, bitrate, frequency, channels) so your phone can play them?
Can you tell us about the qualities (format, bits, bitrate, frequency, channels) of your source file (the file you want to convert to .AAC)?
