Jumping forward in Monkey's Audio

In long .ape files dBpowerAMP seem unable to jump furter ahead than 15 minutes from the beginning of the song. (I'm using windows xp.) The counter just jumps back towards the beginning again. Have other people noticed this?

I just started to use dBpoweramp.
I was comparing FLAC to Monkey, and noticed this.
the processor goes to 100%, then all of a sudden the bar jumps back, sometimes to a previous point in the album.
The Flac file doesn't do this, and uses 0?? percent processor usage, and 25% when jumping ahead in a track.
